Lead times vary between 3 to 6 weeks, depending upon the complexity of the part and any outside processes required such as plating, heat treating, etc.

Inspection

All parts are inspected using a monitored in-process check system that complies with our ISO standards.

We have expert personnel to guide and direct your project to outside certified suppliers for Heat Treating, Plating, Grinding, Laser Marking etc. Our experience allows us to choose the best in class shops for: Heat Treating, Phosphate Coating, Nickel Plating, Gold Plating, Smoke Black Nickel Plating, Anodizing, Grinding, Nickel Boron Coating, Black Nitriding, Laser Marking, Painting, Chem Film Processing, NADCAP approved sources and more.

Part Maker Programming

We reduce set up time by using Part Maker programming. This allows us to take solid files and directly import the information to our CNC machines.

Assembly

Many of our customers choose to have products assembled completely. We have the capabilities in-house to develop the necessary fixtures, tooling and assembly equipment. We are experienced in installing springs, clips, helicoils, inserts, etc.
